This was at 11am when they were slow so you'd expect better service since they were slow. Joe - the server was more interested in talking with his friends or spending time on his phone to stop by and check up on us. Epic fail. Never been so disappointed in this place. - 3 / 5By Rob ThomasLast Thursday, Rob the Mngr decided football was over a dispite 25+ people enjoying, turned it to basketball, when asked to change it he said it was over, even though there was 6 minutes left, he winked and walked away, as he lost 25 customers. It was clearly a football crowd, he shows not to care, as he always seems to do. Even the staff showed surprise and disgust to his unprofessional behavior and selfishness. I guess we'll watch at chili's from now on.June 23, 2016
